Picky eater toddler - No! No!

I spent the whole day tweaking this blog and now it's 90% finished. Anyway, I am loving it's look. As I was writing this first "formal" post, the weather is gloomy here and I am thinking of a specific topic to discuss. (ding!)

Two weeks ago I was searching the web for tricks and tips on how I can get my toddler to eat well. She's a picky eater. I see a lot of parents struggling from this. In fact, it really worries me much. During my search I came across the name Samantha Lee - a cook and a mom. She says her children are also picky eaters that is why it made her do some unique food arrangements in every meal so they will be convinced to eat.

Here is a photo taken from her instagram:

How I wish I can do the same thing. Anyway, if you are also a mom who have the same problem like me, you might want to do that food arrangement thing. If not, here is a great book to read. You will probably enjoy this if you're a book lover.

I have a soft copy of this which I bought from an online site. But I haven't finish reading it. Will update you soon about my review.  Also, I searched for some other tips that might help me, so far she's eating a lot of cereals and more fruits which I think is good. What I do now during meal time is not to force her to eat. I don't want her to hate eating because of this. When it comes to foods she doesn't like, we still give her but not too much because we believe time will come she'll love the taste of it as she grows. We make sure she doesn't eat much salt and sweet. But she's doing great compare from the last few months. Will make a part 2 of this post for more tips and update. :)
